Beginner Friendly! Strength and Cardio Class consists of total body movements to improve overall health and wellness. The first part of class will focus on large muscle movements, and the second half will be accessory work. Exercises will include medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbell movements, wall balls, row machines, and other full body movements. You will Increase overall health, strength, and wellness while burning fat. 


$5 per class
