Strength Training

Learn how to safely and effectively build muscle!


Strength Training is focused on safe and effective ways to build muscle in a group exercise setting. This class will use a variety of weights, including your own body weight, to perform exercises in a circuit training “on/off” pattern. These skills will assist with working major muscle groups while burning calories at the same time. Each exercise will have safe modifications and regression movements so that anyone of any fitness level can participate and get a great workout. Led by certified fitness instructor, Karolina Rodriguez, you will learn everything you need to be lean! Classes are only $5, and you can purchase a voucher at the Fitness Center front desk.
