Fitness Class Descriptions

 Class  Description
Bootcamp Circuit class that will utilize rowing machines and various equipment along with dumbells, kettle bells, steps and risers.  You'll work your entire body by recruiting more muscles at one time.  This class incorporates cardio and strength for a great all around workout!
Cycling The ultimate indoor cycling experience!  This simulated bike "adventure" works the entire body in a group environment set to high-energy music and instructor's guidance.  This class is a great cross training program for other sports and for the outdoor cyclist as well.  Come travel the "journey!"
Flow Identical to yoga, you will move through a process of calming postures that encourage the mind, body and spirit to work in symmetry.  Increase strength and balance while improving overall health. Bring your own mat if preferred. Namaste.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) This class is an all-out, relentless HIIT experience.  Fast and effective circuits designed to get you in shape.  This circuit is for everyone and every fitness level.  This will be a total body workout: squats, jacks, lunges, planks; you'll get it all before you're out the door.  Some classes will use equipment and some will be just bodyweight.  See you there!
Yoga

Move through a process of integrated postures that encourage the mind, body and spirit to work in symmetry.  Increase strength and balance while improving overall health. Class will conclude with a five minute relaxation that will leave you feeling centered and stress-free.  Bring your own mat if preferred.  Namaste.
