The Rock Island Arsenal Energy Program invites children in grades K-5 to enter an "I Can Save Energy!" drawing into our Energy Awareness Moth Drawing Contest. Prizes awarded for K-1st, 2nd-3rd, and 4th-5th first place winners. The winners will be announced on October 23 at the School Age Center. Drawings will be displayed in the Island Insight.
