Sensory Processing Disorder Seminar

What is Sensory Processing Disorder and what can we do about it at home & school?

Note: This event has already passed.

Some children withdraw from contact, resist participating in group activities, jiggle, squirm, and climb everything or speak loudly and respond in unusual ways to ordinary sensations, sights and sounds, touch and movement.  These kids don’t behave as we expect - not because they won’t but because they can’t.  Join us for a chance to learn how to incorporate fun and functional, “In Sync” sensory - motor activities at home and school to help ALL children develop, learn and interact with others.  CYS parents will receive 2 participation points for attending.

Join us for an informative talk by author of "The Out of Sync Child", Carol Kranowitz. RSVP to +1(309)782-0829 or +1(309)782-4736
