The Rock Island Arsenal Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Personnel Office serves the Human Resources needs of the employees who work or wish to work in NAF positions on the Rock Island Arsenal.

We are situated on a 4-square mile island in the middle of the mighty Mississippi, located near the Quad Cities where spring is beautiful, summers are warm, and winters are... winter. There are a multitude of things to do in the Quad Cities from street festivals, farmer's markets and concerts, to the John Deere Classic PGA Tour and a giant game of tug-of-war across the Mississippi. We are about a 3 hour drive to Chicago if you need to get your big city fix and spend a weekend enjoying Lake Michigan and all the activities that Chicago has to offer.

Are you a former NAF employee that resigned within the last three years? If so you may be eligible for non-competitive reinstatement into the same or equivalent position in grade without having to apply!
